From a cozy vacation rental in Catalina Island, California, where the host welcomed us with a box of cookies and a handwritten note, to a dusty lake cabin in Cooperstown, New York, complete with spider webs, no AC, a broken coffee maker, and no host or management team to turn to—we’ve felt the full spectrum of guest experiences.
Those moments taught us that hospitality lives in the details. That’s why we’ve built a dedicated management team that shares our commitment to guest satisfaction and property excellence.
