This house was perfect for our family! My son & his family had 1 side of the house, and my husband and I occupied the other. Kids loved the pool & our dog enjoyed the fenced yard. Local grocery stores and restaurants were great!

Thank you for the review. Glad Seminole was perfect for your family — and that the split layout worked well with your son’s family on one side and you on the other. Happy the kids enjoyed the pool and your dog loved the fenced yard. Great to hear the local grocery stores and restaurants met your needs. We hope to host you again. — Benner Equity

All the extras!

We loved staying at this cute home close to everything. We enjoyed St Pete and Largo Central Park, especially with everything decked out to the 9s for Christmas. The home itself is much larger than it seems from outside, and packed full of wonderful extra touches - plenty of TVs, an adorable retro gaming cabinet, seating galore, four bedrooms all with comfy beds, kitchen with air fryer and keurig + coffee pods. We enjoyed the pool, floats and outdoor patio too. It’s a great place for families. We’ll happily book again.

Beautiful home!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house! There were plenty of rooms and so much space for everyone. The amenities were fantastic, with a lovely heated pool and a cozy fireplace. The hosts were incredibly flexible with our needs and communicated quickly and efficiently. A special touch was the delightful towel art created by the housekeepers throughout the home. They even allowed us to check in early, which was a huge bonus. We truly loved everything about our stay and can't wait to come back! Definitely recommend booking this home for your family (and pets!)!
