• Outdoor Amenities: Enjoy fun on the water with 5 kayaks, a stand-up paddleboard, and included life jackets for safety. 7 bikes with helmets also available!
• Pet-friendly: Pets are welcome! Please notify us in advance and adhere to our pet policy. This home has a fully-fenced in backyard (except on the canal side). The dog park is 1 mile away.
• Parking: This property features parking for 3+ vehicles and up to 2 trailers.
• Sleep in Comfort: Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and all 3 bedrooms equipped with Smart TVs and Cable TV.

••• Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.

••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.

••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.

••• Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.
