The glass slides open if you want to enjoy the breeze and closes if you prefer the a/c. Ceiling fans in all rooms keep you cool if you want to turn the a/c off. New HVAC system and water heater installed in 2014 for carefree enjoyment at all times and new high quality windows installed in both bedrooms and kitchen 2016. Storm door which converts to a screen door installed at front door, which gives the possibility to create a nice breeze through the unit when the weather is right for it.
