Siesta Palms on 12th is a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom vacation home that accommodates 8 guests. Just a short walk (1 ½ blocks) to Indian Rocks Beach where you can sink your toes into the beautiful sands and soak in some of that wonderful Florida sun! Siesta Palms has everything you need to stay in, make dinner, and watch a movie. Anytime of the day bring your favorite beverage out to the balcony, enjoy the sunrise and the sunsets. Resort-style seating, so relax and plan your day's adventures. Enjoy your stay, make memories and we hope you make Siesta Palms your yearly vacation destination!
**Attention: September 10th, 2025, Pinellas County began an important beach nourishment project. The project is scheduled out per each City and they have listed open and closed beach access points while they work on the project. For open accesses, please visit: Pinellas.gov/projects/2025-pinellas-county-beach-nourishment-project/
Their projected dates are as follows:
Indian Rocks Beach: October – December 2025
Please understand that this schedule is out of our control and that noise can be expected while work is ongoing. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this causes, and we appreciate your understanding as the county helps to improve our beaches after the 2024 hurricanes.**
Kitchen: Ice/water refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, 2-slice toaster, coffee maker, griddle, and blender. Basic dishes and utensils are also provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Room: Table with 6 chairs and 2 counter stools.
Living Room: Sofa, coffee table, 2 chairs, console table and TV, end table, ceiling fan, sliding door to balcony with loveseat, coffee table, and 2 chairs.
Hall Closet: Washer and dryer.
Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a King-size bed, 2 nightstands, a dresser, a luggage rack, a ceiling fan, a sliding door to the private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Ensuite bathroom with single vanity and step-in shower. No tub.
Bedroom #2: Queen-size bed, dresser, ceiling fan, private balcony, and luggage rack.
Bathroom #2: Single vanity, tub/shower combination.
Bedroom #3: Full-over-full bunkbed with 2 chairs and a table.
Garage: 6 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, a beach cart, a beach wagon, a small cooler, 2 boogie boards, tubes for floating, and sand toys.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: This property allows for 4 parking spaces. Street parking is not permitted.
Kayaks: The kayaks in the garage are not available for guest use. Guests who violate this will be charged.

This home is only a couple of blocks from a convenience grocery store and excellent cafes like Grove Surf Cafe and Indian Rocks Cafe. Only 2 blocks away from a playground, park, and kayak launch, and a quick drive to Splash Harbour Water Park! The beach trolley stops at 12th and Gulf, making traveling a breeze from beautiful Clearwater down to St. John's Pass. The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and Downtown Disney is just two hours away.
