Minutes from Busch Gardens, parks, Ybor City, restaurants, shopping, near Moffitt and Telecom Parkway. Located on the first floor of a secure community, it includes a private patio, access to a shared pool, guest parking, and an in-unit washer/dryer. Both bedrooms have comfortable queen-sized beds, closets, and one features a workspace. Roku TV in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen with Koerig and filter coffee machines.

This place was clean & the host left coffee, filters, Keurig cups, and bottles of water for us to use as well! It was easily within walking distance from the USF campus! If I ever return to the area I will stay at this property again!

Apartment was clean. The kitchen was nicely equipped. Coffeemaker, Keurig and tea kettle along with different types of tea and coffee. Location was close to shopping and restaurants and the USF Campus is across the street. We would stay again if we are in the Tampa area again.

Charming Condo

The check in was easy and convenient. The host was available at all times. The house was well equipped with all our cooking needs. The beds were very comfortable. There were a variety of Restaurants in the area. We would stay at the Charming Condo again.

Great Condo in an excellent location to USF

This is a great unit. It has been tastefully remodeled and was very comfortable. We enjoyed the unit a lot. We were in town in part to do things at USF and this unit is right across the street, in a nice quiet complex. The owners are very nice and communicated quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
