Whitney was incredibly welcoming. The condo is great- very spacious, had all the amenities, and the view from the living room and bedroom was gorgeous. Located just a few minutes drive from town for groceries and restaurants, and a short distance from Palm Canyon Triail.

Borrego Hideaway

Very peaceful and quiet with great views. If you keep the bird feeder full, you will enjoy the birds and some small mammals. Comfortable space, yet just a few minutes into town. Condo has everything you need! I would return.

Enjoyed our stay!

The condo was very clean and spacious and had just about everything you could ask for. We enjoyed sitting on the patio enjoying the outdoors. We went swimming at the nearby pool. Cooked some meals at home and went out to eat and shop! Downtown is within 10 miles so it was very convenient to get out and do what we wanted to do! We highly recommend!

Wonderful Location

The Best of Borrego Springs

We stayed in this comfortable, spacious condo for 3 weeks. It is well equipped with nice touches including a telescope for use in the Dark Sky community - stellar! The large patio and garden has a spectacular view of the mountains. During our many hours on the patio we were entertained by the birds and a regularly visiting rabbit. The washing machine leaked the first time we tried it but the owner replaced the washer in a timely manner. This is a 5 star property but lost a star as the showers needed upgrading.

Wonderful Stay!

This property is a perfect get away. It's cozy with a desert motif so it feels like a colorful extension of the beauty. It's equipped with everything you'd need. Comfortable beds and furniture. Very clean and nicely decorated. They've taken the time to make the outdoor patio bright with pots of flowers. And the view is wonderful. Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a quiet, relaxing time away from it all.

Our stay was delightful! The view from the back patio is superb - wonderful sunrise and sunset views of Borrego Springs and the surrounding mountains. Nice central location for different hikes and sightseeing we wanted to do. Very quiet and peaceful, and the kitchen was well stocked!

Very cozy condo/duplex unit with a homey feel. Beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. Had to deduct one star due to the lower quality showers. Other than that, I’d go back in a desert minute.

Southwest themed patio home in the desert

My husband and I stayed in a nice southwest themed patio home in Rams Hill development in Borrego Springs. Though we have rented numerous times in Rams Hill over the last eight years, this was the first time staying in a patio home in this particular neighborhood. The home was very clean and nicely appointed - a throw-back to the 1980's southwest theme. They do need to get a better coffee maker. Though this is not a negative to this particular rental, after renting through VRBO for several years now, I am finding the listed pricing confusing at best; and potentially misleading or deceptive. Some listings show the average per night price - not including a cleaning fee; while others show the average per night price and then add on numerous charges during or after the booking process. It is not easy for the potential renter to distinguish effectively between the various properties being considered. VRBO should make the average per night price shown more consistent as to what is included or else have the owners/property managers make clear initially what are the additional charges.
