Our family started hosting one room 10 years ago. We've hosted guests in our personal home in New Mexico ever since, from all over the world. We enjoy learning about other people and why they are passing through our town or making a permanent move. We love to travel and were introduced to short term rentals, traveling outside the US. We've hosted entire furnished and unfurnished rentals for a number of years and decided having a place in Florida would give us the opportunity to share our home in a town like PCB that we really enjoy. We really enjoy the opportunities it provides us and like to provide options for our grown children and grandchildren in the future. We love to share this property for others to enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches of Panama City Beach.
Por qué escogió este alojamiento
We were looking for place we could share with others including our children and grand children. This neighborhood stood out to us due to its close proximity to the Lower Grand Lagoon and the white sand beach. There is the Safari boat ramp just blocks away on S Lagoon Dr, available for small craft, paddle boards or kayaks. It is also very close to our favorite coffee shop & food truck at Finns, across Thomas Drive from Rick Seltzer Park. The Park provides hundreds of parking spaces for beach goer vehicles to park for free.
The neighbors are friendly and the streets are low traffic, so walking to any of three beach access points within .5 miles each is relatively easy for those that like. The streets are all paved and we like to run and walk, so the simple life seems very apparent when we spend time in this area.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
We love the layout of our house. The primary bedroom is on the front of the house and the other three bedrooms are in the back on other side of the main living room space. This room in the center of the home is the focal point of any group gathering after a great day of play in the sun. The covered patio is also a great draw for an adult or kids hangout. We appreciate the outdoor shower and the fact that we can utilize the hundreds of days the solar panels on the roof soak up the sun.
