Enjoy our 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom recently updated home in the desirable location of North Scottsdale! Tucked in a quiet cul-de-sac just north of the 101. The home is minutes away from many attractions including Grayhawk Golf Course, TPC Scottsdale (Home of the Phoenix Waste Management Open), Kierland Commons/Scottsdale Quarter and many hiking trails.

The highlight of your vacation will be time spent in the incredible backyard - perfect for relaxing! Floor-to-ceiling retractable glass doors lead you out to a private heated pool with the hot tub spill, as well as ample room around the pool for lounging in the sun. Gather around the fireplace adjacent to the pool, and enjoy an outdoor grill with attached bar. There is also lush landscaping & shaded areas, if needed. Enjoy McDowell Mountain views while relaxing on the master suite balcony. Landscape speakers with Sonos provide background sound for your enjoyment.

When you walk inside, sunshine streams through the large windows allowing the natural beauty to follow you as you uncover luxurious and inviting interiors and extraordinary updated finishes throughout. Families have ample room in which to spread out in multiple living areas. The fully stocked kitchen with commercial grade appliances, including an ice maker, accommodates large parties with place settings for 12. The large quartz kitchen island opens to the family room with a stylish slate wood burning fireplace. Above it hangs a 70" flat panel TV. A separate Dining Room with modern concrete table for more formal dining is off of the kitchen. There is one King Bed Bedroom and Full Bath on the main floor while the remaining 4 bedrooms, including the private Master Suite & Bath with walk-in shower & soaking tub, are on the second level. All bedrooms have luxury bedding and pillowtop mattresses.

You will have a three car garage and driveway for parking.

Highly recommend this beautiful property!

Couples trip with golfing, hiking, Spring training outing and relaxing with friends! Cannot say enough good things about the home. It was well equipped and in a lovely area. The pool was heated and got up to almost 80 each day and the hot tub a comfortable 102. The mattresses were very comfortable and the house was immaculate. We would definitely come back and would recommend to all of our friends and family!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful place!

This beautiful home was perfect for our family group (7 adults and two children). The swimming pool and hottub were used every day and enjoyed by all. The large kitchen and well-appointed outside areas were perfect to get everyone together for meals and games. The cul-de-sac location provided quiet, privacy, and ample parking for guests. All the high-quality amenities we expected (and a few we didn't) were provided, and of very high quality. We were provided accurate information about all of the property's features, and when we did have a question, the owner responded immediately. I heartily recommend this property as a great destination for any family vacation.

Friend Getaway

4 couples shared the property. Several guests needed to work part of the time and there was ample space for work privacy. The main bedroom was a treat with the private terrace and breathtaking view of the mountains. The outdoor living space was beautifully landscaped and included a welcoming heated pool/hot tub, fire pit and grill area. We used the hot tub quite a bit and would recommend keeping it heated vs the pool if that is your preference as it takes awhile in winter months to heat. It was a very inviting property and would highly recommend. Thank you for elevating our Arizona experience.

AMAZING home! LOVED staying here! ♥️

We had a wonderful stay! Host was very helpful & easy to work with. Home is BEAUTIFUL - super clean, comfy beds, everything you would want in the kitchen & even a separate ice machine! The backyard was our favorite - meticulously landscaped, well laid out & super fun for all! Great location in Scottsdale. We would definitely like to stay again & highly recommend.

Paradise

The pictures do not do this fantastic home justice! The 5 bedrooms and 4 baths were substantially equipped with linens, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, etc. The kitchen was also stocked with many essentials like spices, condiments, and sugar for coffee. Towels for the pool and control of the pool temperature was also an added bonus since one day was much cooler outside! The outdoor grill, patio furniture and pool toys were awesome to have available. Whenever we needed anything Pam was just an email away and took care of everything with a speedy respond and a smile!! Thanks Pam for the fantastic stay!! My family, brother’s family, and my parents (total of 10) throughly enjoyed every minute of our stay in your home and would recommend anyone heading to Scottsdale to stay there!
