There is a wood burning fireplace in the living room but for safety reasons we ask our guests to not use it.

Absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING inside. If we detect signs of smoking, there is a minimum of $1,500 fine plus the full charge of replacing all the bed linens, towels, and getting rid of smell.

SEDONA QUIET HOURS - This home is in a residential neighborhood, and quiet hours are enforced from 9pm to 8am. The city of Sedona has enacted strict noise ordinances that are applicable at all rentals. Violation could result in a fine from the city and a removal from the house without refund.

Exterior security cameras are located at the garage and the entrance.
