Condominio
Ubicado en el Anchorage II, este condominio da directamente al océano, a la piscina y al patio. Proporcionando hermosas vistas desde la cocina, comedor, sala de estar, dormitorio principal y balcón. Con poco más de 1200 pies cuadrados de espacioso salón, este condominio viene con una cocina totalmente equipada, lavadora y secadora de tamaño completo y un televisor de pantalla plana en la sala de estar.


Anclaje II:

El Anchorage II se centra en un exuberante patio tropical con una gran piscina exterior y terraza. La cubierta incluye sillones para que usted pueda disfrutar de un día alrededor de la piscina. Hay varias parrillas de puerta ubicadas en cada lado del complejo, así como almacenamiento exterior para sillas de playa, tablas de boogie y juguetes de arena. En frente de Anchorage I y II, encontrará un parque infantil, parque conmemorativo, pista de ejercicios, paseo privado al océano, duchas al aire libre y gazebos playa privada para nuestro huésped para disfrutar. Los ascensores y las rampas de la desventaja se localizan en cada lado del complejo y son fácilmente accesibles. Amplio estacionamiento.

Girls trip - long weekend

The property was perfect! We had complete access to the pool, beach, chairs for the beach and everything was so close by. Parking was easy, directions were simple and clear. The rooms were clean, everything was provided and working. We had a small hiccup with a smoke detector, but it was dealt with quickly by maintenance. All in all we were incredibly happy with our space!! Thank you!!

Everything is lifted a few steps so its nice that we were not at ground level where the cars park and no need for any elevators. Very nice rooms with plenty of space in the bedrooms, living area and kitchen. Full kitchen and utensils, clean and comfortable beds, couch and chairs. Good view from balcony every morning and a quick walk to the beach. Nice private condos with screen doors. We had a very nice and relaxing time. Bring your own Keurig and toiletries.

The TV's all had at least 3 remotes and no instructions on how to operate the TV.Instructions would definitely be helpful.Everything else was excellent and would return.

It was okay. Not bad.

This was our second year at Anchorage II. We love the area and the calmness at the location. We love that the two ice cream trucks come by periodically. They literally come right in the parking lot. I don’t know if maybe it was a fluke thing but there was some food stuck inside the fridge that I had to clean off before we stocked it. The cable tv didn’t work in the kids bedroom. We reported it and they did send someone out, but the issue wasn’t ever resolved. It never really posed an issue until bedtime. The sliding glass door leaked into the floor in the master bedroom during one of the night time storms. This was also reported and someone was sent out immediately to check it out. Everyone we spoke with was super kind and attentive and even responded on the weekend.

The building was quiet as had a nice pool. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and cookware. The refrigerator is an older model and took about a day to cool down. They sent out a maintenance man and he checked it out immediately. Very satisfied with this rental and will stay there again.

Beautiful Place, GREAT apartments!

May be the best trip there yet. Anchorage II is ideal -- on the beach, close to restaurants and shops and food stores -- far enough away from the 'honky tonk' of Myrtle Beach proper. Highly recommend this place.

Had a problem with the first unit (awful odor coming out of air conditioner- my son had an allergic reaction)- was late on a Saturday so had to call the owner who quickly moved us to a different room. Was clean and though a bit outdated, worked just fine for us. Positives: Lots of space for a family and we loved having a full kitchen. Location is perfect- away from crowded section of Myrtle but short drive to everything you could need/want. Beach was beautiful and not crowded. Grounds were maintained and pool cleaned daily. View from room was beautiful and overall was quiet spot which we enjoyed. Great having our own laundry room. Towels were super soft and clean. Negatives: Beach chairs, etc. in lockers were pretty beat up so that was disappointing, but luckily we had brought a large beach blanket and used that. Beds were pretty uncomfortable and rickety, could use an upgrade. One shower had a musty odor when used so kids used master shower then entire time. Toilet was "shaky" when you sat on it. One fire alarm was beeping so I took out battery and notified management, but it was never replaced. TV in living room wasn't hooked up and not working. Luckily my IT husband figured it out and got it running. Overall the positives outweighed the negatives and we had a nice time!
