Condominio
Ubicado en Anchorage, este condominio da directamente al océano, a la piscina y al patio. Ofrece hermosas vistas desde la cocina, el comedor, la sala de estar, el dormitorio principal y amplias vistas panorámicas desde el balcón del nivel principal y el balcón privado del tercer dormitorio. Con un poco más de 1500 pies cuadrados de área de estar espaciosa, este condominio cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada, lavadora y secadora grandes y televisores de pantalla plana.

El armario del dormitorio del loft se ha ampliado y se está utilizando como cuarto dormitorio. Este espacio tiene dos camas individuales con nido (4 camas individuales).

Cozy and close to the beach

The condo was very nice. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of space to hang out. Pool area was well kept and nice. The Condo had everything you could possibly need to make meals, sit on the beach or just sit around playing games. It did have a few small issues. The condo had a mildewy smell to it so I just febrezed the place and it was good after that. I was a little bummed the upstairs bedroom sliding glass door was missing the screen door. I would have loved to have it open more without the threat of bugs.Other than those small things, I would highly recommend staying here!!

Everything has been updated. Beach was just a short walk! The pool was shut down on the last day of our stay to treat the pool. That was disappointing but no fault of the condo owner. We could have used smart TVs so we could log into our Netflix account. The beach closet only had beach chairs. No beach toys and was missing the beach umbrella. Rentals were available to rent right on the beach so it worked out for us.

Condo was very clean and well stocked with utensils, new appliances, pool chairs, and other amenities. Location is fantastic with plenty of room on the beach for our family and our friends. We enjoyed our morning walks along the workout trail. Sleeper sofa needs replaced, as cushions are very flat, but not a deal breaker. Will definitely come back again.

It’s close to so many attractions, without the business of downtown. The unit itself was clean and updated, as well as nicely furnished. We love the size of the property because it’s not too big or overcrowded. The proximity to the beach is one of the best features, in about a minute, your toes are in the sand! We love it here and will continue to come back year after year 😀

The kitchen was well equipped and clean! The beds were not so comfortable but they were adequate. I bought a few things for the unit. Bath rugs and a basting brush for the kitchen. Lisa was extremely pleasant to work with. It was good to see that our old favorite was so well kept up. The residents and guests we met were very friendly. The upstairs loft bedroom had the best view because you were above the palm tree. I will definitely be back in the future.

Our third time at Anchorage. This is in a great location. Parking is easy and access with groceries etc. to unit is good. This particular unit was somewhat disappointing. Pretty run down. Could have a great ocean view, but over grown palms obstruct it.

The property was not ready for the check-in, but they immediately called additional cleaning people to expedite the process. The condo was spacious with great views of pool and ocean from two levels. The beds were comfortable and enough window coverage to be able to sleep in while the sun came up. My only complaint was that the kitchen was dated and worn. There were several broken drawers. Overall, I would definitely come here again!

Nice condo in great location

Our stay in Anchorage I, unit 310 was very enjoyable. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had most things we needed. It’s a very short walk to the beach and we had a beautiful view of the ocean from our two balconies! The pool was nice as well. I would stay here again.
