Beautiful views of Coral Creek. Large lot with mature Oak trees. Dock for fishing or to keep your boat during your stay. Very quiet location. It is the only home at the end of cul-de-sac with an elevated heated pool with beautiful views over Coral Creek. The 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home also has an elevator entrance from the garage underneath the home. Just a short bike or golf-cart ride to the Boca Grande causeway.

We are native from Michigan, but fell in love with this area over 25+ years ago. We have been coming to the Boca Grande area for fishing. beaches, restaurants, boating, sunsets, dolphin watching, etc. This is a special place and we can't wait to share it with you.

Why they chose this property

Our home faces Coral Creek, a natural and protected watershed of Placida, FL. Just past Coral Creek is the pristine, but private Coral Creek Golf Club. The surroundings create a very private setting on the water. The home is the only home at the end of a cul-de-sac. The home is part of Placida Harbour Club which includes many amenities such as private ferry to little Gasparilla Island, a private beach and clubhouse, in addition to two additional pools.

What makes this property unique

If you love to fish and boat and prefer a quiet, private setting this home will be the perfect choice. We are less than a half mile to the Boca Grande causeway so access by bike or golf cart makes this a great location. For boaters we have a dock that will allow you to wind through shallow Coral Creek in order to access Gasparilla Sound and the Gulf. You will need to pass under a 10ft bridge and will need to be able to maneuver shallow water, so boating is best for "flats" boats or boats that draw less than 18" of water to be safe.
