Actualización: Siesta Key quedó prácticamente intacta por los recientes huracanes. ¡Las playas, el pueblo y nuestro complejo de apartamentos son tan hermosos como siempre!

Maravillosamente renovado condominio Siesta Key de 2 pisos, con dos habitaciones en el segundo piso. Las habitaciones tienen su propio baño, vestidor y balcón privado. Amplia cocina con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable. La gran sala familiar ofrece un tercer balcón, perfecto para reuniones. Convenientemente incluye una sala de lavandería con lavadora y secadora grandes dentro de la unidad.

Complejo presentado en HGTV "Beachfront Bargain Hunt". Incluye canchas de tenis, piscina climatizada y un hermoso muelle para sentarse y disfrutar de las tranquilas aguas de la bahía. ¡A solo un corto paseo de la hermosa playa de Siesta Key, o disfrute de un viaje de dos minutos en el transporte gratuito!

Winter break

The property is located on the bay. Access to gulf beach is 1/2 mile walk south or a short drive north. Very clean unit well equipped. Owners addressed our concerns quickly. We would have loved to rent it next February but it is not available.

Great time!

Good location and nice place, had to do a little cleaning upon arrival (dirty towels in the washing machine) plenty of room, and nice layout.

Siesta Key

The condo was clean and nice setup. Owners responded right away with any questions. Very busy road on the beach. Enjoyed being able to walk to beach access. Nice pool and tennis courts. Very clear instructions. Could have used suggestions for restaurants and local activities.

Didn’t want to leave!! Wonderful stay from beginning to end. The condo was beautiful and care had been taken to make sure everything was in order and easy to use. The grounds and neighbors were lovely as well! Such an enjoyable stay! And the owners were very responsive and helpful and also just lovely!

Nice location, great grounds, nice cookout area and clean property. The pool area and pool are very nice. The picnic area by the bay is excellent venue for cookouts.

This condo is terrific!

The condo is a perfect size--lots of room for company too. It was well stocked and very eye appealing. It's older but well maintained. The pool area is very nice and we found the people we met to be friendly and helpful with recommendations. It's a quick-half mile-walk to restaurants and shops near Stickney Point as well as Crescent Beach. Siesta Beach is about a mile north and Siesta Village about two miles. Parking at Siesta Beach can be a challenge especially during spring break. There's a free trolley that you may be lucky and catch right away or wait up to 30 minutes; there are "tips only" alternatives, and they worked well for us.

OUTSTANDING

This condo is outstanding. We love the two floor arraingment with the living room on one side and kitchen/dining room on the other, all on the first floor (also half bath). My wife can do her art on one side while I do mine on the other and we each have our own space. The second floor has two bedrooms and two baths, one for us and one for family guests. Outstanding. We keep coming back.

Family of 6 and we had a wonderful stay

The condo was just as described. Lots of room and very clean. The owners had everything we needed. It was very impressive! The kitchen was fully loaded. We cooked breakfast and lunch there everyday for 6 people and we had everything we needed. There was even a blender and an indoor electric grill so we had smoothies for breakfast and burgers for lunch one day. The owners also have everything you need for the beach (beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, sand toys, rolling cooler and beach towels) They also have 2 tennis rackets there but you will need to bring a tennis ball. We packed all of that with us and we didn’t need to. The only thing I wish is that it was beachfront. There are beach accesses close but parking was sometimes an issue. Walking or riding bikes would be easiest. Its about a mile walk to the beach. There is shopping and restaurants fairly close and accessible. The pool was nice and heated. The bay is behind the property and its very beautiful back there. There is a fishing dock with plenty of seating. There’s picnic tables and small charcoal grills. We absolutely LOVED this condo. It was perfect! We enjoyed the whole area really. There are some fun things to do around there and the beach is beautiful! Things we did and recommend: Siesta Key Village, farmers market(Sundays), Myakka State Park, Smugglers Cove mini golf, Kayaking the Mangrove tunnels(Surfit Company) and of course the beach

A lovely apartment

This is the second time we have stayed at this lovely apartment. It was very clean and well maintained, with plenty of towels, bedding, crockery etc. The sofas and beds are comfortable and there is a very handy computer desk. We had no problems and Kristi and David dealt with our queries promptly and were most helpful. We love the beach here and the many great restaurants. We look forward to returning.

Fabulous roomy condo!

The condo is located ideally, with access to the bay or the beach - a small public beach access with parking is close by. The layout of the condo works well with 2 bedrooms/baths upstairs and living area down. Roomy and well stocked, we had everything we needed at the condo for our stay. Recommend!
