Spacious one bedroom apartment offering accommodation for two guests, quietly tucked away within an elegant 30's building served by two lifts, overlooking a trees lined private space, hence ensuring peace and tranquility despite the vibrant location.,
The building is located only yards away from worldwide known Hyde Park and Kensington Palace, residence of the late Princess of Wales, whose state apartments may be visited and currently home to the Dukes of Cambridge.
It offers 55 Sqr/mts of contemporary living space and comprises of one double bedroom, fully equipped kitchen featuring Bosch /Baumatic appliances, spacious living room, and a modern bathroom.
Our fantastic location will allow you walking access to famous Portobello Market and via a short stroll through Hyde Park, to other several London landmarks such as renowned Royal Albert Hall and a variety of museums, Science, Natural History and Victoria and Albert to name but a few, all unmissable during your stay in our wonderful city.
All other London attractions and landmarks are at your fingertips thanks to the proximity to two Underground stations: Queensway and Bayswater, serving the Central and Circle lines respectively and both located 150 metres away from the property.
Should you prefer travelling by bus, a bus stop served by an abundance of lines is located even closer to the property.
In addition it offers two lifts, concierge, CCTV security system, night patrol for added security, superfast 8MGB WIRELESS internet access, impressive 50' LED SMART INTERNET TV set providing 71 Channels, DVD player, fire alarm, and entryphone.

Clean and neat, excellent location, needs some revision in the description of the property.
We enjoyed the location. Some items listed in the description were not in the unit. Some amenities not available. Be sure to specify the arrival time exactly as you might be standing in the cold rain or sitting in Starbucks waiting to be let in. The shower is a challenge. When staying longer than 7 days it were be good to be offered a cleaning service.
Your review is appreciated, Edie, and would have been even more so if you had specified which items/amenities listed were not in the unit or available, as to my knowledge that appreciation is not correct. Re arrival time, based on the estimated landing time of your flight ( 10:00 am at Heathrow airport ) we estimated your arrival time at the apartment to take place between 12:00-13:00 hours, as 99% or our guests arrive within those hours in similar cases, and you were informed accordingly by email. I am sorry that you chose to arrive at the apartment earlier than the agreed time. By the way, I don't recall the day of your arrival (1st of May 2018 ) being a rainy day (?) and I have just checked online to confirm that. Finally a complimentary weekly cleaning service is offered only for stays of minimun two weeks, therefore just a courtesy note that your 8 nights stay qualified for extra set of fresh bedlinen and towels. A great flat in a great location!!
Spent 10 days at PrincessCourt and could have stayed longer! A cozy one bedroom flat on Queensway provided us with everything we needed to make us feel right at “home”. Queensway was bustling with great grocery shopping and not one but TWO tube stops seconds away from our flat. And although Queensway itself was filled with folks our flat at Princess Court was wonderfully quiet with a lovely courtyard view. Surrounded by Hyde Park, Nottingham Hill and Kensington Gardens you could virtually walk everywhere as we did many days. Tip: a five minute walk will land you at 65 & King where we enjoyed two great dinners in a very cool setting with terrific food and perfect martinis. If you love theatre the West End is a quick 15 minute tube ride. We LOVED Princess Court and will definitely return.

Clean, efficient flat, includes washer/dryer. Location is perfect, a lively local neighborhood with many restaurants, across from Kensington Palace Gardens and Hyde Park, and steps from two tube stations on the most used lines in London.

Charming flat in a great location
Really enjoyed our time in this apartment and the neighbourhood offers all you need for a great stay. Check in lady is lovely and Rafael was ultra efficient with communication before and during our stay. We had a trip fused and help was provided inmmediately. M.B

Location couldn't be better...!
Excellent location and a very nice apartment, superbly managed by the owner. The area is vibrant and perhaps a bit too busy for our likings but excellent for tourists, the apartment was super quiet day and night and the check in-out process swift and uncomplicated. Would recommend. Meg and Ibrahim

Our terrific location, only yards away from Hyde Park will ensure that you make the most of your trip to London whilst enjoying the abundance of shops and restaurants that the cosmopolitan Queensway neighbourhood has to offer.
Atractions like Portobello Market, Royal Albert Hall, and Victoria & Albert, Science and Natural History museums amongst others are all within walking distance from the property via a pleasant stroll through Hyde Park, where you may also visit Kensington Palace, residence in life of the late Princess Diana of Wales.
Having two undergrounds stations ( Queensway and Bayswater) on the doorstep will facilitate the access to all other atractions via a maximum 10 minutes tube ride.
