Perfect spot for Mountain Adventures, property was well equipped with comfortable necessities. It was very clean and spacious for six people, 3 adults and 3 young boys. We would definitely stay again.
Cozy little condo, good for a group of four or five. We stayed there with my two kids 8 &10 and wife. It’s a nice place overall we had a great time. It is a short drive to the slopes, which is fine as long as you have a car but you still need to park at the inn

Was most definitely not the cleanest place I’ve stayed at. All the towels looked dirty. Dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher from previous guests. Leaving no room to put our dishes in the dish washer like we were told too. House is getting rundown and has moldy doors that are practically falling apart. It also says that it is ski on ski off, however this is not completely true as it is a hilly walk that takes about 15 minutes to get to the slopes. If interested in Jiminy peak I highly recommend staying in one of the hotels instead.

Gosh, Sorry you had a negative experience. This place DEFINITELY is not ski on ski off and says clearly its on resort , but is in the village. its benefit is its large size, value for price, parking, and beautiful accomodations. And of course multi bedrooms. Re cleanliness, we take pride in the place. I wish you told us when you got there of any issues vs after stay as we could have easily rectified. Dishes in Washer are always clean as said in advance, but cleaners run cycle but cycle is longer than cleaning so will often be left. It definitely was sad you chose to damage the property with significant damage to door moldings. That really wasnt very nice or fair, but sad you did not like your stay.
Seamless check-in after very clear welcome communication from the owner helped make it easy to settle in to this comfortable home that was right on the resort property of Jiminy Peak. Beds were comfy, bathrooms conveniently appointed, and window AC kept us cool while we slept. We walked to the adventure park for fun with grandkids and drove short distances to play mini-golf, check out Shaker Village, and pay respect to WWI soldiers at the memorial tower on Mt Greylock--all explored via the very good Wi-Fi in the unit. We plan to return and we recommend to you in the meantime.
The condo was very nice, I liked the set up for my family. The view was stunning off the deck. The oonly disappointment was no gas grill , only a rusty charcoal grill. I forgot to bring foil so was not able to grill. When searching for a place I was looking for quiet , views , swimming and a grill. The photos of the condo had a gas grill like all the other condos. All in all we had a great stay, communication with Howard was great!! Thank you
My friends and I planned a last minute trip to Jimmy Peak which is a great mountain for all types of skiers. The host was very communicative right away and made sure everything was ready and gave me information for not just the house but where to go into town. The house was very clean and very comfortable to stay at almost like a true “ home away from home”. The home is very cozy and brings a great vibe to the trip. Even after our stay the host made sure to stay in contact and make sure everything went well. Highly recommended this house for your stay !!!

Dirty condo
The condo was dirty and unkept. Not everything worked. Would not recommend staying
We have been coming to Jiminy Peak for several decades. This rental did not have the basic cleanliness that would be expected anywhere. We came in to dirty dishes and dirty towels from the previous guest and had to wash them ourselves. There was no place to put our clothes, as all of the drawers were stuffed with dirty towels, random things like lightbulbs and pieces of a hairdryer, and piles of dirty sheets. There was no toaster, microwave did not work, and dryer did not work properly. There were explicit instructions left to leave trash outside for pick up, and the trash sat there for four days. This was not clean or well maintained at all. Many things were broken, and it did not make basic expectations for a rental. I would not recommend at all.

Hi Sarah? That trash is your trash? It wasnt left by previous guests? You sent a note to me saing noone came to pick it up withthe same pic? Noone picks up trash.. as stated in welcome guide, the trash shed is right next door and you bring it there. Likewise, I looked at all pics and yours are deceiving.. Those are not the sheets on the bed.. Those pics are sheets apparently removed from bed or closet and put on bed. Not sure why you would post publicly and feel so wronged, but we are always here to help. Could def have advised of where to put your trash and advise where additional sheets are stored on site. But do wish you well and you are still welcome back anytime.
I rented with my family. Kids are teens. Great communication with the host. Check-in and check-out were perfect. Issue I had is the pics shown were older pics and the place had removed paintings from the wall leaving the walls with marks all over and wall hooks. Ceiling had cracks all over and the blinds in the main bedroom had broken shades leaving large holes. We had to place paper towels over the shades for privacy. It was embarrassing and run down looking. The note on the cork board in the kitchen said there was firewood in the shed. There was none. When I asked he told me to throw away the cork board. Didn't appreciate being given the task of cleaning up for him. I rented during a holiday so about nine hundred per night for 3 nights. Absolutely not worth that at all. Shop around.

I am sorry for your experience with the wood. To clarify, the note on the corkboard was from the previous owner.. Hence said to toss as all contact info was obsolete. Def not to clean up unit. In welcome guide I tried to indicate that wood is not provided but available onsite at the country store, OR welcome to bring your own. All cracks on wall I did indicate that the place was alll redone.. with new furnishings throughout, but the cracks along ceiling would not be fixed for few weeks (now fully repainted and repaired to prisitine). Tried to convey this to you BEFORE you arrived, but again, it was cosmetic from precious owner, all repaired, and fully addressed. Next time you come I assure you that you will love your stay!
