The Location Situated directly at the base of Jiminy Peak and steps from the Village, this condo offers convenience that's hard to beat no matter the season.
Ski-In/Ski-Out Access (Winter): Walk out the door and you're seconds from the lifts. Jiminy Peak offers 45 trails, 9 lifts, and night skiing until 10pm — with 96% snowmaking coverage. The cafe on the first floor of JJ's Lodge is open during ski season — serving breakfast, coffee, burgers, burritos, pizza, soups, and more. Additional on-property restaurants and a country store are also available during ski season. Ikon Pass holders get 2 bonus days here for the 2026/27 season (see details below).
Mountain Adventure Park (Summer & Fall): When the snow melts, Jiminy transforms into a full adventure park — the only Alpine Slide in Massachusetts, a mountain coaster through the trees, the Soaring Eagle zipline, a 7-course Aerial Adventure Park, scenic chairlift rides to the summit, mountain biking, and more. The chairlift runs through October, making it one of the best seats in the Berkshires for fall foliage.

The Space Updated and well-maintained, this apartment offers a clean, comfortable layout with plenty of room for families and groups to spread out. Sleeping Configuration (Sleeps 8–10): Bedroom 1: Queen Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: Two Bunk Beds (Full-size bottom, Twin-size top) Every bedroom and the living room has a TV with Roku or Amazon Fire. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker, Keurig pods, sugar, and creamer (note that all other consumables are disposed of between guests). There's also in-unit laundry.
Resort Amenities (Open Year-Round) Guests have full access to the Country Inn at Jiminy Peak, a 5-minute walk away — and these amenities are open all year long: Swimming: Heated outdoor pool and outdoor hot tub, plus an indoor hot tub. Game Room: Ping pong and air hockey — great for rainy days or evening wind-downs. Fitness Center: Fully equipped gym available for guest use.

Great for Kids — On the Mountain and Beyond -Mountain Adventure Park at Jiminy is open Memorial Day to Mid- October. Most Mountain Adventure Park activities have a height restriction of just 38 inches (around age 3-4 y), and there's plenty to scale up for older kids and teens, too. Nearby: -Ramblewild Adventure Park: Just a short drive away in Lanesborough, Ramblewild is one of the largest aerial adventure parks in the country — eight color-coded trails built across over 1,500 acres of undeveloped forest, ranging from beginner to expert. -Ioka Valley Farm: A great destination in every season — see how maple syrup is made in spring, enjoy the playground and animals in summer, pick pumpkins in fall, and cut your own Christmas tree in winter. Located just down the road. -Berkshire Museum: About 15 minutes away in Pittsfield — a small aquarium, natural history exhibits covering local wildlife, and a hands-on Spark! Lab great for kids. -Mass MoCA Kidspace: The Kidspace gallery at Mass MoCA offers hands-on creative activities in one of the country's premier contemporary art museums. -Hoosac Valley Train Ride: A one-hour scenic ride aboard vintage 1955 railroad coaches, with special seasonal journeys including a Fall Foliage ride. -Magic Wings Butterfly Conservatory: Nearly 4,000 exotic and domestic butterflies flying throughout an 8,000-square-foot conservatory — a guaranteed hit with younger kids. -Norman Rockwell Museum: Home to America's most beloved illustrator's most important works, with a kids' art room featuring drop-in activities. Located in Stockbridge, about 30 minutes away.
Also nearby for adults to enjoy: You're 20 minutes from Tanglewood (home of the Boston Symphony Orchestra's summer season), 10 minutes from Hancock Shaker Village, and a short drive from Mass MoCA, the Clark Art Institute, Ioka Valley Farm (pumpkins, apple cider, maple syrup), and some of the best foliage drives in New England along Routes 7 and 43. Spring and fall are the perfect time to experience the Berkshires without the hustle of crowds — the landscape is stunning, the pace is easy, and the Country Inn amenities are open and waiting.
Ikon Pass — Winter 2026/27 Jiminy Peak is a Bonus Mountain on the Ikon Pass! Ikon Pass holders are able to ski/ride Jiminy Peak, 2 days at Jiminy during the season! Blackout dates for 26/27 are December 26, 2026 – December 30, 2027; January 16 & 17, 2027; February 13 & 14, 2027. Pass Holders can visit the Crane Lodge Ticket Window to redeem their bonus days (direct to lift access not available). Not valid for Ikon Base Pass or Session Passes.

We loved our stay here - the owner was so kind and responded quickly to any of our questions. We accidentally left some items at house and the owner mailed them to us without any issue. Highly recommend. Location is perfect.
