I have been a Superhost on the other home share site for 7 years. This apartment has a great location just a few minutes to walk to the beach and the Santa Monica pier and five blocks to main street shops and restaurants. The promenade is about a 10 minute walk. The metro station is three blocks away. The apartment is a 1 bedroom with a king bed, a bathroom with hair dryer and all amenities, a nice living room, dining room and kitchen with appliances. In addition, There is a cozy twin bed in the living room. One spot in the driveway is available upon request. Cancellation after check-in requires a fee equivalent to one night room rate.
