Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Return all 6 red pool tags to hook in laundry room ($50 charge for each missing tag) and red parking pass/holder if issued ($25 charge if missing)
Bring outdoor pillows and folding table/chairs inside and put back where found.
Set thermostat to 78 before leaving
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Smoking/Vaping in unit, lobby or elevator ($500 extra cleaning fee is assessed for violation). No Pets No Parties or Events No open flames/candles

Our balcony overlooks the Boca Ciega Bay with a view of the famous Don Cesar hotel. We have the most beautiful sunsets from our balcony. It is just an amazing place and you feel like you are on vacation from the time you ride into our neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

Recently updated with new furnishings, mattresses and bedding in a mid century meets boho style. Laundry facilities are in the unit with a new front load washer and dryThe heated community pool, hot tub and private beach areas are specifically for our building groups so it does not get over crowded. You can go to the beach or stay at our complex and it all feels like vacation.
