Large Family Condo with Outstanding View of the Beach

Hurricane Update: This unit was not damaged in the hurricanes, and we'd love to accommodate you! The building is currently completing repairs on the ground level and sea wall. You may hear or see construction workers during your stay. The elevator is fully operational, and direct beach access is available at the south end of the property. The pool is OPEN and fully functional.

Las Brisas 201 is a recently renovated 1440 square foot condo with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You can take pleasure in remarkable views of the Gulf every day from your balcony facing the Gulf. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, the second bedroom has 2 queen beds, and the third bedroom is equipped with 2 twin beds, accommodating a total of 8 people.

The condo provides 2 dedicated parking spots beneath the building, near the elevator. The unit features a washer and dryer, and includes free high-speed internet. Las Brisas is a Gulf Front property in the scenic Madeira Beach. It boasts private beach access straight from the ground level. The beachfront heated pool, tiki huts, and picnic area all provide stunning views of the beach. BBQ grills are also available on-site.

Madeira Beach, a small beach community, is a short distance away from two of Florida's most highly-rated beaches - St. Pete Beach and Clearwater Beach. The historic "John's Pass Village and Boardwalk" is a popular attraction that features a large selection of shops, restaurants, bars, and sights. It's likely that you'll spend more time here than at the beach! The charm of the neighborhood, coupled with the warm waters of the Gulf, makes Madeira Beach an extremely family-friendly place to visit.

A touch of paradise

Good value. Great layout. Palm tree enhanced or blocks view if ocean. Very good Swimmimg pool Right on the beach. Hot shower with good water pressure. Place is very clean. Great parking spots. Close to Winnn-Dixie.

Perfect birthday getaway!

Property has issues

For roughly a 4k stay for a week I expected a lot more. Agency called me a week before our stay to inform me the pool had been filled in by the hurricane. I tried to cancel and they said I’d have to forefit all funds. View was blocked by palm trees, the tub hardware was falling apart, the title floors were extremely dirty. I had to put shoes on to keep my feet clean. Broken blinds. Overall I’d find a different location.

Great Beachfront Condo!!

Super nice, clean condo, beautiful views right on the beach, condo well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare dinners, walking distance to several restaurants, and right up the road from Johns Pass for some shops and great restaurants!! would recommend and definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay.

Really enjoyed the condo, every thing was in great shape. Look forward to coming back next year. My only recommendation would be the condo owners to create some way for renters to rent unused parking spaces. I would definitely like to rent an extra parking space at the condo.

Condo on the Beach!

Easy parking right under the property, and beautiful view of the beach and ocean right out our patio. Just a few steps and you are right on the beach. Lots of restaurants within walking distance!!

Condo needs a little TLC. Dishwasher top rack broke, toilets loose, master bathroom sink plugged. Beds were springy, elevator very slow. Did have beach chairs, umbrella & 4 beach towels. Location was great!

Family vacay

The overall property was nice. The check in process was somewhat stressful as we had to go to a different location to get “keys” but then only ended up receiving a code to get into the condo. We felt this could have simply been an email rather than added as a stop to get into the property. Overall; great location.

Perfect Location

We were all shocked when we arrived. It was super clean, the size of the bedrooms were pretty big, and we had everything we needed for time we were there. The huge bonus was how close were to the beach and the water. My father in law has COPD and can't go far. During high tide, the water was close he was actually able to make it down. This was literally the most relaxing vacation we've ever taken. Hope to return next year.

its a great place but they had tree roaches very distrubing they did come and spray right a way

great property the check in could have been much easier because its a lock box but they made us jump thru hoops to get some paper work at 10:00 at night. they could have left it in the condo or had us come in the morning to pick it up. the roaches were infortunate

Girls Trip

The guest bathroom was dirty and the bedding was not washed. Communicated to mgmt, but had no response via text. Would have liked measuring cups and spoons, but it had most everything else we needed. On the last night we saw a cockroach in the kitchen. Please note, we still enjoyed our stay, but cleanliness leaves a little bit to be desired.

Needs a deep clean but great location on beach!

The condo was nice. It could use some deep cleaning. The water from fridge had mold around the spout so we purchased bottled the whole week. There was a HUGE roach in our sink on the 3rd morning, and no…we did not have a messy kitchen. Just a coffee mug in sink he decided to swim in. The first dishes I pulled out had food on it and lip marks on cup so we wouldn’t use anything before washing. I normally do this anyway, but when I see other peoples left overs it sets a high alert to me about how clean anything else is. Overall it is a nice place if you don’t mind cleaning before settling in.

It was nice

Beach access was amazing. Condo was very nice and spacious and mostly clean. There are lots of grungy things like paint and feet were black the entire time so floors are far from clean also a contact on the floor so I question the cleaning. We also had a bug guy who needed to come in while we were there for his monthly visit. We were not told about this. I’m glad we were home at the time as the thought of someone coming in while all our valuables were out is not ok. We then were called and asked if the guys could come in and install a shower door which I said no to and thankfully they did not come in. The lady in management was super nice and my calls with questions were answered pleasantly. I would recommend this place but the owners should know it’s not being cleaned up to par. Also the fact they can’t leave more toilet paper and at least some dish soap so we don’t have to shop for household supplies would be nice. We bought the stuff and of course didn’t use much and had to leave it all behind. Hopefully it’s left there for the next people.
