Overall it was a great place to stay. Host was very responsive and accommodating. The only reason i didn't give the review a full 5 stars is the pictures make the rooms look bigger than they really are. It worked out for us as a small family, but it is a very small space overall.

Overall practical and worth the money...but remember you get what you pay 4...if ur looking for basic bed bath and kitchen...done!!!...froze in the AC but im not complaining...however walls suck...u can hear whoever is next door..u can't hear what their saying but u hear voices...and I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR SINGLE WOMEN...unless ur tier 1 trained...but for basics its epically functional...no complaints other than walls...but wasn't hanging out in the room and they didn't wake me up and I like super quiet...so consider that prejudicial perspective.

The AC did work slightly. The Host was very quick to respond and was a good host. The room and kitchen we're okay. The bathroom was very small! Uncomfortable for bigger people. There was a lot of construction going on around the property. That is not the host fault but they did affect my stay. The host did give a refund for the AC not working properly. I would give it three out of five stars.

Not as big as it looks

House is very unlevel, we share a waterheater with adjoining house/apartment. Shower is extremely small, all faucets are backwards. Hot on right side. Couch has very little padding.I didn't take any photos.

There is actually 2 door handles you have to turn when unlocking the smart lock. In 902 b there is not a stove or instructions for the toaster oven to use it. The grill was dirty and the whole area around the grill wasn't sweeped. And there isn't a washer or dryer in 902b maybe in 902a but neither door is label as what is what. There was mold on the patio cushions and hammock. Other then that area was quiet and close to where we needed to go.

this unit was very clean. it reminded us of a very cute japanese apt— compact but very useful. plenty of space for two people visiting the city. the restaurant Sam’s is very much worth every penny, and the doordash time is great. no complaints
