Recently renovated cottage located in the historic Ware's Creek neighborhood. This free-standing cottage has a private entrance & private parking space. The cottage is located above a former garage, that is now used as a secure storage unit. Guest is welcomed to utilize this clean, resurfaced shared space, as well as spacious laundry area located in the main house.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please make sure garage/laundry room door off of the alley is locked both knob + deadbolt.
Please leave A/C thermostats at 76 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please do not utilize the backyard of the main house in the front of the property, this is a private space reserved for the tenant in the front house.

A comfortable arrangement for two people.

Our stay was great. The overall space is small and yet because of the well done arrangement and design, it is comfortable, bright, and functional. The kitchen and its island counter are actually spacious and therefore quite useful for any cooking needs. (and other countertop uses such as computer work). Everything inside is in new and clean condition. We could walk to downtown Bradenton and the waterfront. The neighborhood was quiet, and the access and parking is safe and private. I recommend this cottage for two people that want convenience and do not need a luxury or resort type experience.
