An updated and spacious fully stocked for adults and children kitchen, 1 cozy bedroom sleeps 2, featuring a queen bed and a pack and play. The pullout sectional offers an additional spot for 2 guests. There is a well-equipped bathroom with a shower and convenient amenities like heating, washer/dryer, AC, and WiFi, this place is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Views of the water, steps to the sandy beach, hot tub, fire pit, walk to the bayside tavern, jr’s wharf seasonal restaurant and eat an amazing meal on the water, get ice cream, see the bait shop and kayak rentals from the screened in porch, and the boat docks are around the corner. Bring your boat, fishing rods, or use our kayak! We have beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler to make your packing easier. Rv hookup in the lot next door for an additional fee if you want to bring additional guests! Visit Dover Downs racetrack and casino, Dover Air Force base and museum, or downtown Dover and all the quaint shops and Amish market. This sweet retreat will help you feel at home, yet away to relax and enjoy the ocean breezes. Enjoy DE Turf sports fields close by, the maritime museum, a quaint small town church, and the boat charter entering this cute beach town. Things to do:
