Slaughter Beach Renovated 2023 Wonderful Views Beach Front, Fenced area for Pets

Delightful small beach house. Second year as a rental, lovely updates to entire house, comfortable furnishings and Bay views for miles! Fenced area for dogs.
We are Premier Hosts with other Vrbo properties here. Relax and enjoy the 14 miles or so open water of the Delaware Bay out your windows. Waterfront deck with picnic table with lots of seating. Watch the ships at night anchored out in the Bay with their lights on. Enjoy the balmy breezes.

So you know, we do not furnish sheets and towels but have them available as rentals. Also, we have a pet fee of $100 per pet and we have an enclosed area with 3 foot high fencing for them to do their business. We have dogs as members of our family. If you plan to bring a boat we would appreciate it if it is
on the smaller size as we just had another layer of gravel put on our driveway and heavy vehicles don't do well..

A 4 bedroom house in Prime Hook Beach across the street from Delaware Bay with a fenced in yard and has a king size bed in one bedroom, VRBO 390480, a 3 bedroom house in Slaughter Beach across the street from the Bay with a king bed in one bedroom, VRBO 4486647 and this house.

We spent a week here with out dog, and it was great! The property has direct access to a quiet beach, where we saw very few people, so there was no problem enjoying it. The owners took great care to make the property pet friendly. There is a system of gates and fences outside, so we were able to open the door and let our dog outside, confident that he would not get into trouble. For a fee of 50 the owner provide linens, and they provide towels for the same price. One of our favorite things about the property was the sitting room that faced the beach. The property is also located on a street in a very quiet neighborhood, where we saw a car pass at a rate of about once every 30 minutes, so there is no problem with noise. Not far away is Lewes, where we could go eat and spend the day. A little farther away is Rehoboth. Both towns offer great beaches and other attractions. We look forward to staying at this property again in the future.

Our family of three stayed at this wonderful home while attending a weekend lax tournament at the DE Turf Complex. It was the perfect retreat from the chaos. Having laundry was key! The property was as described and extremely clean. As a dog owner (although my dogs stayed back in Michigan), this has a lovely setup to keep them safe. The dog yard was nice and the deck secure with gates. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The house was clean and in excellent condition. The kitchen had nice appliances, dishware, and silverware. The king bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was nice. And most importantly, the house had a great view of the bay.

We enjoyed ourselves immensely! What a gem! We enjoyed the unobstructed view of the bay, and the coziness of the home. It truly felt like home away from home. Ron was such a delight. He was quick to repair a leaky sink. We will absolutely come back!

Such a wonderful place to stay. Great vibe with an amazing sunrise view. We will be staying here again the next time we come to Delaware. The owner, Ron, was fantastic and has such a wonderful energy around him.

This is our second year staying in this beach house. Great location, wonderful fenced yard for our dogs. This is the perfect place for our fall beach trip with our dogs. We love it and hope to return again next year

Our only problem with the property was the fact that both beds were memory foam beds and one of us is unable to lie on these beds. Suggest that at least one of the beds be a high quality standard mattress

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Slaughter Beach. The house was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The views of the water were beautiful, and we loved having access to a secluded beach just steps away. It was peaceful and quiet, a perfect spot to unwind. This is a small beach town on the Delaware Bay. It offers a very different experience compared to the crowds at Rehobeth Beach and Ocean City. Low stress and relaxing come to mind.
