Bay View Tower 732: Comme pour toutes nos locations de vacances en bord de mer à Sanibel Harbour, la Bay View Tower 732 offre une vue exceptionnelle depuis toutes les fenêtres et les ouvertures des portes coulissantes en verre. Beaux planchers de bois franc foncé dans toute l'unité et un grand canapé en cuir avec des fauteuils inclinables à chaque extrémité dans le salon. Les comptoirs en granit et les appareils en acier inoxydable créent une cuisine étonnamment moderne dans nos locations de vacances à Sanibel Harbour. Fantastic place, nice and clean. Had everything you needed. Only recommendation would be to replace the TV in the main living room screen is not clear very fuzzy. Hard to watch TV. The view is spectacular and the beds are extremely comfortable. Everything you need is there beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, beach, choice, etc. kitchen is also fully stocked.

Broken elevator was an inconvenience for several days. The septic smell within the neighborhood was offputting. Fortunately, it did not compromise the second week we stayed. Condo was comfortable and nicely decorated. The view was also quite nice.

We had a great stay. The condo was beautiful and the view spectacular. We also enjoyed the location. Seemed to be near everything: Sanibel, Captiva, Fort Myers Beach. Beautiful area. Highly recommend!

EVERYTHING YOU NEED

This rental is BEAUTIFULLY decorated with great space to entertain and hang out with family and friends. Wonderful views from the full sliding wall onto screened-in Lanai. Comfortable beds and pillows. Appreciated the beach towels, chairs and umbrellas as well. Kitchen is stocked with all things needed to cook if you so chose to. We will definitely be back. Family getaway

Nice property. Condo seems to be updated with comfortable and attractive furniture. I wasn’t familiar with Fort Myers/Sanibel and thought property would be near Fort Myers Beach but it wasn’t. You have to drive to both Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel, but it was convenient to both locations. Not crowded at all and removed from traffic of busier areas.

It's just 7 miles from our condos to Fort Myers Beach and we're just over the bridge from Sanibel Island. We hope to welcome you back soon!

Great Beach Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay here. It had everything we wanted with an amazing view. Many great family memories made❤️ Everything was clean/relaxing, only drawback is that the walls are thin and sounds must carry easily. I think we had a Karen for a neighbor that called in a sound complaint on us when it wasn’t even quiet time and I don’t think we were even being that loud. I think we were being blamed for some other kids that were just having a fun time on the beach. This place is a quiet oasis away from all the people with its great location.

Perfect spot looks just like the photos. Will be back. Only thing was we had smokers under us and they smoked out on the patio all the time and it would float up to our patio. So we were unable to enjoy our patio. So the doors would have to be shut so we not only could not sit out there but couldn’t have it open to hear the waves. If they don’t live there full time then it shouldn’t be a problem. But, a consideration should be posted not to smoke on the patio.

Great view and comfortable condo

Right at bridge to Sanibel and Captiva so you can go there but also can avoid traffic over there by staying put. Always space at pool and beach and condo has all you need re kitchen- comfortable beds- large TV - all great. Only negative I would say is that all restaurants at the nearby Marriott, which are the only ones in walking distance are overpriced so be prepared to stock groceries and / or short drives to other restaurants. Condo location and interior are very great and would stay again
