We are located in the northernmost section of Hollywood Beach on the barrier island between the Intracoastal waterway and the pristine blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean. If you are looking for the best shopping, dining, and vibrant nightlife of South Florida, you can take a short drive to Aventura, Bal Harbor, Wynwood, Miami Design District, Miami Beach, and Fort Lauderdale's Las Olas Boulevard. If outdoor adventure is what you seek, we also are close to Everglades National Park as well as other state and county parks where you can take airboat tours, charter a fishing trip, kayak, or paddle board.

The neighborhood is quiet and the perfect place to get away. Just walk a few steps and you are on the beach. You can relax on the rooftop with a cool beverage, watch the sunrise as you sip your coffee, laze away on the secluded beach, or drop into the water with a kayak or paddle board-you just may see a manatee, sea turtle or pod of dolphins. Our guests can prepare a meal in the gourmet kitchen or enjoy dinner under the stars while barbecuing on the grill. We love our furry friends and welcome dogs to enjoy the beach life. There is a dog beach just a few blocks away. You can bike ride, walk, run or rollerblade on the world famous Hollywood Beach Broadwalk steps from your front door. We are just a short walk or bike ride away from the Dania Beach pier and local eateries that have intracoastal and ocean views. There are endless possibilities!
