To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please review:

1. No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the property. A $200 fee will apply if violated.

2. Keys and Access
Lost or unreturned keys will incur replacement fees:

Gate key: $40
Elevator key: $40
Apartment key: $20

3. ⏰ Check-Out (11:00 AM)

Turn off lights, AC, and electronics
Lock all doors and windows
Return all keys

4. Guest Limit / No Parties
Only registered guests are allowed. No events or parties. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

5. No Pets
Pets are not permitted.

6. Linen and Furniture Care

Towels are for in-home use only
No eating in bed
Avoid sitting on furniture with wet clothes

7. Plumbing Care
Do not flush wipes, paper towels, or sanitary items. Use trash bins. Any plumbing damage may result in additional charges.

8. Damages
Guests are responsible for any damages to the property.

9. Parking
Please park only in designated space #50.

10. Pool Safety: Guests are responsible for their safety while using the pool, as there is no lifeguard on duty.

11. Trash: Use the designated trash bins.

12. Parking: Free parking on premise.

13. Pool: Guests are responsible for their own safety at the pool, as no lifeguard service is provided.
