Amenities include complimentary wireless internet access, 3 smart TVs. There is no cable or satellite service available. Central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, The kitchen features Keurig home brewing system in addition to a standard coffee maker. Washer and dryer.
Fireplace is not available.
Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival, with the exception of the top bunks.
The exterior offers a screened porch, and multiple decks including the popular waterfront deck with hammock, hot/cold outdoor shower, and gas grill. Picked Ocra offers one double kayak and one single kayak. Life jackets are not provided, if you wish to rent them, please contact Ride The Wind Surf Shop. They will be happy to assist.
Dock and Beach: Guests of Pickled Ocra are invited to enjoy the sandy beach in front of the home and the shared dock. Boat dockage is not available. The end of the shared dock is reserved for the neighboring property. No fish bench available.

No Smoking. Limit of 3 vehicles.
Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.
