We really enjoyed the condo! So beautiful inside and out. We loved sitting on the huge balcony every morning to watch the sunrise. The condo had everything we needed and more. Modern appliances! The whole complex is very nice and clean. They might consider a few more pool chairs when it’s crowded. We knew that we could always use the beach chairs up in the unit if we had to. We enjoyed our time there and we would recommend it highly. The communication with the owner and manager was top-notch.

Las Olas is a great spot to stay and this condo had more amenities than most. The pool is nice, but if you’re a beach person, the beach is wonderful. Not crowded. Book it and enjoy it.

We were so impressed that we were met by the property manager to show us our accommodations. The list of information left by the manager was comprehensive and so helpful. The condo was clean, bright, and beautiful. When we come to San Jose del Cabo again, we will certainly rent this specific condo.

Just Lovely - 5/5
We stay at Las Olas a few times a year for the ease of board rentals, 3 surf spots right in front of the complex and the proximity to the airport. We do have small kiddos and we always try to be as respectful as we can to the long-term residents as possible. We love the small community! This is the first time we have stayed in this particular unit and it was perfect. We will absolutely try to book this unit for the next family trip!

So glad we stayed in B201 at Las Olas! Condo is beautifully updated, clean, and comfortable. Our only regret is we didn’t stay longer... Waves were consistent, pool and grounds were clean, and loungers and private beach section were perfect for resting/soaking up sun between surf sessions! Loved every minute and can’t wait to go back!!

High-end condo, perfect location - 5/5
Las Olas B201 is as fantastic as the photos. We had everything we needed to cook, do laundry, and relax at the beachfront condo. It’s a small complex so it’s not super busy and we were able to get a shaded spot on the beach every day. Super great location close to everything we wanted by car, really calm and swimmable beach. It was fun watching the surf school surfers out every day! Highly recommended and we’ll definitely come again!
