Las Mananitas-2BR-1900 Sq Ft Grnd Floor 30 Steps to the Beach

Our home away from home ocean-view condo is located in the first phase complex at Las Mañanitas. We have been told it is one of the most desirable units because it is on the ground floor conveniently located by the beach, swimming pool and BBQ area. The condo has two bedrooms and is fully furnished with Mexican flare. The first bedroom has a King Size bed, shower, bath, safe, and TV; the second bedroom has two queen size beds and shower The living room has a 50 inch 3D TV, along with stereo surround sound which can be used with your personal streaming service account. We have a full kitchen with modern utensils, washer-dryer, and an extra large water heater. Each of the three phases has a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and BBQ area. The outdoor cooking area has tables and chairs for outdoor eating; either dine in the outdoor area next to the pool and ocean, or enjoy eating on our veranda, either way you will have a beautiful view of the ocean. Relax on the veranda with your coffee while the sun comes up, or take a walk on the beach while the sun goes down. Condo 101 is the place to be!

My wife and I raised our kids in a suburb of Portland, Oregon. We love Portland, being situated just about two hours away from the mountain and the beach. We love the rainy Oregon Coast, but we also love to get out of the rain when we vacation. We knew Mexico was the perfect place for us the very first time we visited in 1985. We came as often as we could, and as our family grew we found Mexico to be the perfect place to be with our children. We love our second home so much that we spend every other Christmas at the condo. We also have my wife's parents with us during this time as they love it as much as my family does. We hope you'll enjoy all that San Jose has to offer. You'll want to keep coming back!

Why they chose this property

We chose Mexico because we love the weather, the ocean and the people. We love to fish, and the Sea of Cortez is a great place for this as the ocean is very calm. The fact that it only takes ten minutes to get to the boat launch from our condo is an added bonus. It is a 25 minute drive to Cabo. San Jose has kept it's local charm and they have done a good job at keeping it quaint.

We enjoy the peace and quiet, the beautiful landscape, being within 30 steps to the beach, being within walking distance to our favorite restaurants, and the ability to have an in-room massage or chef come to the condo.
