Our apartment is fully furnished and has broad 9’6” ft. windows, providing great views of the Downtown area and plenty of daylight. The bedroom has a queen size bed, the den has a double size bed and desk area. An open style kitchen gives the place a very comfortable and open feel. All (like new!) linens, towels, hair drier, iron and all kitchen accessories are provided for our guests.

Cozy apartment in a great location

This apartment worked out wonderfully for us. I needed to be able to cook my meals during our vacation, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and anything else I might need. The location of the apartment was very central to everywhere we wanted to go, and the park and museums were just a short car drive or walk away. The bedroom was a bit on the smaller side, but there was a nice living room area where we were able to hang out and watch tv. When we were in Vancouver, we felt like we were staying at a home away from home and it was so much better than being at a hotel. Only negative was that the dishwasher wasn't working when we stayed there, but I am sure Jorge has fixed everything since we left.

Jorge was very helpful when it came to things to do and places to eat. His condo was in the most perfect spot. Everything was walking distance. The condo was well kept and clean. Definitely would stay here again!!

Perfect Location

Central location for walking anywhere in downtown Vancouver. The flat was small and a tit cramped but accommodated three of us well with all the needed amenities. Considering the city local with all the activity and bustle it was surprisingly quiet.

A great place to stay!

Our four night stay in this condo was at the completion of our six week visit to Canada and Alaska. We were arriving from Hope early afternoon in a rental car and wanted to drop our luggage off before returning the car to the airport. This was accommodated without a fuss and despite being delayed by traffic a little, was not a problem. Phone numbers were provided which we used to advise of our delay. We found the accommodation to be just as depicted with a well stocked kitchen and everything required for our stay. The photos accurately showed the size of the rooms and we found the condo to be clean and tidy upon our arrival. The building security was good.

My husband and I didn't require the second bed in the loft which is a clever use of space and we found the study nook provided a good area for recharging devices. I feel getting up to the second bed would pose a problem for older or less mobile people. I also consider it would be very squashed with six people in the apartment, however there was ample crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils for that number.

As others have mentioned it was hot in the afternoons but cooled down quickly with the door open and fans on, even though it was early September when we were there. It was pleasant to sit on the balcony and the BBQ worked well. The main bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of coat hangers in the robe. It was nice to have a window in the main bedroom which could be opened, providing a cooling breeze.

We found the guidebooks very useful during our stay and a thoughtful inclusion and while we didn't use them, there were a number of DVDs and children's games provided. The owner has even marked the location of the local grocery store on the map in the back of the guidebook - again, very thoughtful.

The location of this apartment is perfect and very convenient to everything - you can walk everywhere or catch the train. The Hop On Hop Off bus stops not far away. The directions provided by the owner to get from the airport using the Skytrain were great and we easily walked to the station with our luggage prior to our flight home. We found plenty of places to eat and drink nearby and while there was some noise at night from the alleyway below, this is to be expected in the downtown area especially on a Saturday night.

We would definitely stay here again should we return to Vancouver and recommend it to others. Our stay here made the last days of our Canadian trip very enjoyable.

Lovely Apartment in Great Location

My family of 3 stayed in the apartment for 3 nights while visiting Vancouver before our cruise. The apartment is cozy and nicely furnished with ample room for all of us. The bed in the "loft" area was very comfortable which our daughter appreciated very much. There were extra supplies stocked (linens, blankets, soaps, etc.). We did not use the kitchen except for breakfasts but it appeared to be fully equipped with all the essentials. We were out pretty much all day, so we never turned on the TV or used the BBQ in the balcony. We did do a load of laundry and that was a nice perk. The best part of the apartment is its location. It is conveniently located with easy access to the Skytrain and buses, and walkable to most of the downtown area. I'd have given this place 5 stars if it weren't for the heat. The place is designed to trap heat in and is much warmer than the temperature outside. We happened to be there during the hottest days of the year (and our tour guide told us it was record-breaking) and we could REALLY have used air conditioning. We notified Jorge and he put 3 extra fans in the apartment the following day. He was genuinely trying to make the situation better. Hopefully the extra fans are now permanently stored somewhere in the apartment so others wouldn't have the same experience with the heat. Overall, it was a good stay and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
