• Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements: A master bedroom with a luxurious king-size
bed for ultimate comfort. Additional bedrooms come with bunk beds—great for kids or friends. Plus, sofa beds in the living area provide extra sleeping options for larger groups.

• Living Room Ambiance: A bright living space with a skylight and wood-burning
fireplace. Enjoy a movie night with our flat-screen TV (with Netflix ready to go), or
gather around the fire for cozy evenings.

• Fully Equipped Kitchen: This kitchen has modern appliances and all the cookware you need to prepare meals. The dining area is perfect for family dinners or game-night snacks. We provide coffee, tea, and essential pantry items to get you started.

• Bathrooms & Sauna: The clean, well-maintained bathrooms are stocked with fresh
towels and essentials (shampoo, soap, etc.). One bathroom even features a traditional
sauna—your private spa experience after skiing or hiking!

• Entertainment/Game Room: An entire room dedicated to fun! An arcade machine, a
foosball table, and a Nintendo Switch with popular games are available. Perfect for
keeping kids (and adults!) entertained for hours. The Game Room has one bunk bed that could sleep up to 4.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please do not put any trash in the property trash bins. Big Bear Disposal Site at: 41970 Garstin Dr, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315
Load & start the dishwasher. Dispose of any food. Lock all windows & doors before departure. Return Nintendo Switch controllers, remotes, and games to their proper place. Turn off the arcade machine.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Trash Guidelines: Bag all trash securely and drop it off at 41970 Garstin Dr, Big Bear Lake, CA.
Before You Leave: Please turn off appliances and lights, ensure the fireplace is out, and lock up. Thanks for helping keep the cabin safe!

Property was perfect for family fun, the game room is amazing for kids of all ages. The best kitchen in any VRBO ever rented. Kitchen had everything needed to cook and bake with a spacious pantry with perfect cubbies for the kids snacks. The host was great, very prompt when we contacted him with questions.

Property was great for families. And host Armin was very commutative and helpful. My only note is we were the first guests ever and the house wasn't equipped with curtains or drapes yet. But besides that everything else was fantastic.
