Beautiful home with close ocean access. Great place to stay and close location to a lot of attractions. The home was cozy and clean. We were there much but when we were it was great and the kids have even said how much we they loved this place as we are at another home now.

Great views. Beds were hard however & there needed to be a wider range of skillets. Only one medium skillet for making pancakes!Found no electric skillet but was told there was one. Still, a great experience.

The best part about this house is its location. Right on the beach. A short walk to the main part of Seaside. And quiet neighbors. All of these were the real winners for this place. But…There were some unusual aspects to this house. First, gas fireplace didn’t work. Looks like it’s been down for a month. That was a bummer for our last day that was rainy. Also, the bathrooms are in the basement and the top floor. None on the main floor. Kind of annoying, but not a huge deal unless you have aging parents where steps are difficult. No one said anything about this, but it’s important to share.Lastly, the vintage vibe is great, but it did make it hard to heat/cool the house for sleeping. Some rooms were freezing cold at night while others were crazy hot. This too was a little frustrating, but not a deal breaker. We would consider staying here again as long as it’s just our family.

The house is a cool, vintage beach house with a great location right on the promenade facing the water. I found that the beds were too firm for my back so I slept on the comfortable sofa instead. Unfortunately, the gas fireplace was inoperable. The managers sent out an agent to try and assist us, to no avail. They assured us that a technician had been called but disappointingly, the fireplace remained inoperable our entire stay.
