Stunning 4br Oceanfront on South Prom

2023 complete ground up remodel/restoration, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on main level and 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and TV room on lower daylight level. faux hardwood floors, primary, living and game room all with LED wifi TV's. Gas cooking, large windows, large patio with picnic tables. The home is a short walk on the prom to the center of town/turnaround. Plenty of off street parking. You will love how comfy and roomy the home is with all new bedding, beds, towels and furniture. 2 washers and dryers in the laundry room and a foosball table in the Tv/game room. Sleeps 8 persons total. Reservations between June 12 through Labor Day weekend are 7 nite minimum and all holidays are 2 nite minimum. 7 Night minimum seasonal reservations are Saturday to Saturday unless approved otherwise by host. If reservation dates fall on any days of 4th of July, hood to coast or Volley ball tournament week or any other tournament weeks they may be cancelled by host unless there has been a prior approval.

Strict of street parking and maximum number of 8 occupants. No pets, parties or group gatherings, Total use at any time is 8 persons at all times.
No reservations for the hood to coast, volleyball/other tournaments or , 4th of July weekends or the like. Those dates may be cancelled if reserved..
3 day minimum stay reservations are not available without prior authorization.
