Cascade Village is nestled under the beautiful Needles Peaks and offers spectacular views of Engineer Mountain and the San Juan Mountains. Located just 2 miles north of Purgatory Ski Resort, 20 miles south of Silverton, and 30 miles north of Durango, Cascade Village is the perfect location for fun year round.

Hi my name is Rhonda and this is my husband Todd. We have been owning and managing condos at Cascade Village since 2010. We pride ourselves on providing each and every guest with a great stay in the heart of the San Juan Mountains. We also pride ourselves on taking care of each unit we manage as if it were our own.

This unit is absolutely beautiful. It was remodeled in 2014 with an all new kitchen, flooring, and all new furnishings. The furnishings are gorgeous and boast a western flair.

This unit is the San Juan building and has unobstructed views.

Great spot for summer mountain stay

The condo was perfectly outfitted for our family, and the location right between Durango and Silverton made for easy access to all of the region's activities. We stopped at a grocery store in Durango proper to load up for our stay, and the kitchen had all we needed to prepare the meals we ate at "home." But we took advantage of the fantastic restaurants in Durango as well. Spent one day just down the road at Purgatory which had great outdoor activities for the family. The rest of the time we were hiking, biking, trail-riding, shopping and just in awe of the mountains from Durango to Silverton. Wonderful!

Lovely Mountain Retreat

Our family of four had a great time staying in the condo. Wonderful experience and everything was just as pictured. Plenty of space, clean, and very comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. The kids enjoyed fishing in the pond and actually caught a few fish. The book of things to do was great...we enjoyed several of the hikes listed, Potato Lake and Little Molas Lake to the Colorado Trail...very beautiful and peaceful. We will definitely be back!

Clean and cozy!

We had a wonderful stay at this property and would definitely be back! It was perfect for our family of 5 and had all of our basic needs plus some! The view is perfect and sitting on the deck in the morning with a cup of coffee overlooking the mountains was the perfect way to start any day! Our teens will now compare this to any other place we will stay!!

The staff at the main lodge were extremely helpful answering any questions we had. Even though we were a short distance from town the beautiful drive more than made up for it!

The property owner was always very quick to respond to any questions I had leading up to our trip.

Amazing Spring Break!

We recently stayed at the condo for our Spring Break trip and had a wonderful time! The condo was very comfortable and was perfect for our group! We enjoyed all the amenities that Cascade offered including the workout room, sauna, pool and hot tubs. The indoor hot tub was not working but it wasnt a big deal for us... we liked being in the outside hot tub while it snowed. The condo was very well stocked and had everything that we needed! We would return in a heartbeat!

CANCELLATIONS - A fourteen day notice is required for cancellation.
