This condo is in a fabulous location. Cosy with room and clean. Has everything you need. The host Susan was delightful and available if anything was needed. We loved it and have already booked for next year.. 2027

The room was somewhat clean except for the bathroom. The TV was not working properly. Trouble with the connection. Stayed 4 days of the 10 and then had to check out early. Could not bear the smell coming from the bathroom shower. Had the choice of parking at a meter on the street which required attention every 3 hours, or parking for free on the cannel street if you could find a spot, or using valet parking at 50 a day. The safest was valet parking. Our host was very accommodating and I am sure she has rectified the situation with the shower in the bathroom. The room its self had a great view. Wish we could have stay the entire time.

The guest did not follow directions. The tv is connected to the property WiFi and internet passes are given to the guests upon arrival registration. The shower p trap needed water and the resident manager went to the apt to explain to the guests that all the shower needed to reset was to run the water The problem was the guests waited 3 days before telling us they had a concern. If they had told us upfront all would have been rectified and they could have continued and enjoyed their stay Communication is key

Worst experience I have ever had in every way!

I was told that I was a bother to the host because I could not pull up the reservation information due to Internet connection in the middle of the night once we arrive to the property we noticed the towels were filthy. We pulled back the bedspread. The beds have not been made. There was blood on the sheets Hair in the bed. The floor was dirty, and when I tried to contact the host to help me fix the issue, she told me to cease and desist the property and then continue to harass me for another two days Explaining that she would only refund part of my money if I promise not to give her a bad review I spent half of my family vacation for the first two days getting calls early in the morning and constant texts demanding that I write up in agreement that I would not leave a bad review…. I frequently travel and I have never had an issue, not only with the property being this bad in shape, but also dealing with a host to was completely disgruntled..

The guest claimed there were issues. She did not register but called me at 9:45 because she was not sure what to do. I had sent instructions. Her son said she was not ok She called again at midnight to tell me her complaints. At that time I coukd not remedy them but let her know there were extra towels and linens in the apt and we could always sort it out in the am. The housekeeper is professional and conditions she stated are unacceptable. She said she sat on a 12 inch wide Lanai yet a chair would not fit there. I did not know what to believe. I offered her her funds returned except for housekeeping as she used the beds and bathroom. It was an unfortunate experience She called me day and night especially at 10 pm Garbled words. Claiming she lost her purse another time her necklaces. Finally when she was out I blocked her number to get peace

My boys checked in at 11.50 pm after a long day at the airport. The room was not cleaned at all. Dirty towels, dirty dishes, sand on the floor, beds were used, bathroom was not cleaned, trash bins not emptied. The photos show how the studio looked like when they arrived. Also the kitchenette was a full disappointment. No wonder that there was no picture found in the add. I contacted the host immediately, sent the pictures and complained. Susan the host told me a story about people probably broke in to the studio. The next day she said that my boys stopped by at somewhere on the way over to the studio, because they had wet shoes when they checked in and there was sand everywhere. They took Lyft and had two big suitcases, why would the make a pit stop in the middle of the night? Then she promised my a refund over 50 dollars. Which I never received. Instead she was writing me I should stop threating her, when I reminded her, that I still did not get the refund for the inconvenience. I will contact VRBO about this case. I am a host myself. And I would never make false accusations as this host did. Especially after the studio was not cleaned at check-in. So I definitely do not recommend this place or the host.

We've stayed in several units in this building and this is a decent value priced place. With a few adjustments/improvements, I spoke to the Host about, could bring this unit up from a 3 Star to a 4 or even 5 Star rating.
