Great experience.

We greatly enjoyed our stay and found the property in excellent condition. Everything seemed new. Communication with the owner was easy and cordial. If you need a nice launching pad in the Port Charlotte area, we certainly recommend this one.

Myakka River Gem

This waterfront home in Port Charlotte was exactly what we were looking for . Easy access to the Myakka River through the canal and the ride is probably less than a minute , if that. We brought our bay boat ( Pathfinder 22' ) and enjoyed fishing, cruising and sightseeing the river . The home met our expectations and then some. Kitchen was awesome ! Paul and Lynda are quick to respond to any questions or issues we had . Only negative issue was , WE HAD TO CHECK OUT.
