Regarding customer service and communication, we want to clarify that all of your messages were answered promptly, and we have records of every exchange. Your request was related to early check-in and late check-out due to your child’s game. As clearly stated in our house rules and listing, we do not offer early check-ins or late check-outs because our cleaning company requires that time to properly prepare the cabin for the next guest. We believe this was the main reason for your dissatisfaction and the review. When booking a property, guests are expected to follow the listed rules, which are communicated clearly in advance. Additionally, during your stay, no concerns were reported regarding the beds or the carpet odor. Had these issues been mentioned, we would have gladly addressed them immediately. We always strive to provide a pleasant stay and transparent communication for all our guests, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify these points for future travelers.
