Check-in: You can check in anytime after 4:00 PM. The property will be prepared and ready for your arrival.



Check-out: We kindly ask that you check out on or before 10:00 AM on your departure date. This allows us enough time to clean and prepare the property for the next guests.



Pets allowed / Pet Friendly.



We are delighted to welcome your pets to our property. To ensure a comfortable experience for both you and your furry companions, please review our pet fees and policy:



Pet Fee: For stays of less than 14 nights, there is a pet fee of $50 per pet per night. This fee covers the additional cleaning and maintenance required to maintain a pet-friendly environment throughout your stay.



Parking Availability: Guests may park in any available/open parking spot on either side of the building — the specific spot number does not matter.

Shared Garage: If there is an open parking space available in the garage, guests are welcome to use it as well.



One-Month Stay: For guests staying with us for one month or longer, we are pleased to offer a waived pet fee. This benefit applies to stays of 30 consecutive nights or more, meaning there will be no additional charge for accommodating your pets during your one-month stay.



Refundable Pet Deposit: A refundable pet fee of $250 will be charged for any length of stay. This fee is intended to cover any potential damages or additional cleaning that may be required after your departure. Upon satisfactory inspection of the room or premises, the pet fee will be fully refunded.



No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo and within any common areas of the complex. Please respect this policy to maintain a clean and smoke-free environment.



No Parties: The house is intended for quiet and peaceful stays, and hosting parties or large gatherings is not allowed. Please be considerate of the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours.



These policies are in place to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests and to maintain the integrity of the property.



We offer early check-in or late check-out for an additional fee of $50

Late check-out: 12pm

Pool Heated: (Please provide advance notice if you would like the pool heated for your arrival.)
