We had an excellent stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive from start to finish. The location was perfect, and everything we needed was provided. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
I loved this little hidden gem in Seymour, TN. Lanny was gracious, loft was very clean and the whole vibe of the place is very relaxing. Highly recommend.
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay while traveling to Tennessee. Was very welcoming upon arrival and was very quiet and relaxing. My wife and I loved sitting outside and looking up at the stars on our last night staying here.
Very clean and great place to stay. Lanny and Guy were very nice and attentive. Beautful view and had all essentials needed. The Barn loft was awesome.

Thank you so much! We absolutely loved having you all here and are so glad the girls enjoyed their Halloween treats. It makes us happy to know you had a great time on the farm. You’re always welcome back…can’t wait to host you again!
Absolutely loved the place!! Very clean and smelled amazing. The outdoor entertainment was great fun - I even played darts for the first time. The weather didn’t cooperate so we didn’t see much of the view but we’ll definitely come back!! According to my daughter: “well, that was the cutest place ever!” Thank you for a great stay.
The barn loft was adorable, and the location was just the quiet spot we wanted. There’s a lovely view of the Smokies. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had and set out wood for us so we could enjoy a fire our first night. I highly recommend this VRBO for a relaxing weekend that’s not too far from good hiking.
