Great place to stay. Arrival and departure were smooth. It was clean and cozy.
I was very pleased with our experience. The kids enjoyed the pool, club solitude activities and the restaurants. The condo was clean and comfortable. Great location for skiing Solitude or Brighton. Glad we did it!
We very much enjoyed our stay, except for a couple of issues. First, one of our key cards did not work. Also, the four cards all looked alike, but opened different doors (confusing). Secondly, the prior residents, or housekeeping, shoved the glass bowls and pots and pans into the cabinet in such a way that when I opened the lower cabinet, a glass bowl tumbled out and broke into a million pieces on the tile floor. There was a dustpan but NO broom anywhere in the unit. We had to go the main office to borrow a broom. There was a vacuum, but it was so clogged with dust and dirt it was mostly useless, even after I cleaned it out. Once we got past the initial setbacks and disaster, everything ran smoothly and all was good. The location to the slopes was very convenient.
Great unit, very nice.
We have stayed at Powderhorn many times and this unit did not disappoint. Well equipped and roomy for a family of five adults. Highly recommend.
The condo was location was fantastic. We did have a hard time finding how to get into the parking garage because we arrived at night and it was not well marked. Additionally, we did not have enough pillows for the number of people that we had, but that was taken care of the next day. Overall our stay was enjoyable. I did have a problem with getting all of my security deposit refunded. We left two keycards in the lock bock and one key on the counter per instructions upon departure. We were unable to locate the 4th key, so I expected a charge for that; however, I was charged for the loss of 3 keys. I was finally able to get the matter resolved and did get the proper refund but it was a huge hassle.
The guest did not return the HOA issued key card. The deposit was returned upon departure less $30 that were returned when the key was mailed. Unfortunately the HOA charges me for reissuing owner's keys. We are working on setting up a different system. Had the guest followed the instructions it would have saved time for all.
Good location and clean
The condo was in a good location and it was clean and comfortable. The instructions were good for getting into the condo and the garage. We appreciated the extra condiments left in the frig and the spices in the cupboard with lots of coffee filters. It’s been our experience that this isn’t always the case. I do have one suggestion, put a minimum stay on your listing so people don’t get offended when they’er refused for what seems to be no reason. In the end we stayed a little longer bc of the good price. Thanks for sharing your condo. I would definitely recommend it!
Village get away
Loved everything! Snow levels a little low but that can’t be helped. Loved the condo, the convenience to the lifts was nice and the atmosphere was perfect. All the staff extremely helpful and friendly.
