📝 Rental Contract – Full acceptance of the landlord`s Rental Contract is required within three days of booking acceptance.
⏰ Check-In / Check-Out – Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. These times ensure our team has enough time to properly clean, inspect, and prepare the home for each guest.
If you need earlier access or a later departure, the best way to guarantee additional time is to book an extra night before arrival or after departure, subject to availability.
