Located next to Chaparral Lake where you can enjoy the amenities it has to offer as well as a heated pool within the community. Comfort and quality with extra touches is the name of the game at this completely remodeled townhome. With three bedrooms featuring a king, queen, and twin beds, there’s plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably. The primary suite is extra large with a walk in closet and vanity area complete with lighted make up mirror. The three bathrooms include refreshing showers and handy hair dryers, making mornings easy and stress-free. Guests enjoy a comfortable stay year-round thanks to heating and AC throughout the home. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of adventure or simply enjoying quiet moments inside, this excellent townhome provides a welcoming atmosphere. We think our place will help you experience everything Scottsdale has to offer.

Terrific residence to stay. Everything is new. The unit was remodeled and it’s perfect. The host responds immediately. The location is great. It is steps away from Chaparral park. I would not stay anywhere else.
