New to the rental market! Welcome to 535 Cobby Creek, a charming cottage nestled in the tranquil Tarpon Pond Villas, a sought-after neighborhood on Seabrook Island. Guests love to unwind on the back porch under the ancient oaks overlooking the serene pond and 16th hole of the acclaimed Crooked Oaks golf course.
This inviting cottage features a cozy living area that invites you to kick back and enjoy quality time with loved ones. With abundant natural light, elevated ceilings, a large screen TV, decorative fireplace, and abundant seating, it is an ideal spot to gather and relax after a day in the sun. The dining area is off the living area and offers a wooden dining table that comfortably seats 6, perfect for enjoying a meal or gathering for board game night. The galley kitchen boasts marble countertops and includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.
Located off the living area, guests will enter the master suite. A king bed with a comfortable mattress, dresser, TV, ceiling fan, and closet also has an ensuite bath with a shower. Guest bedroom 1 offers a queen bed. Guest bedroom 2 offers a queen bed. A light and bright hallway bath with a vanity and tub/shower combo is located in between these two guest bedrooms. Children love their own space set away from the family in the upstairs loft equipped with 2 sets of bunk beds, 2 trundle beds, and a large screen TV. An additional full bath upstairs offers guests a tub/shower and vanity.
French doors lead to the expansive back porch with ample seating and a TV, making it an ideal place to relax. Step outside to discover the outdoor amenities, including a secluded yard and a decked area perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying a barbecue. This cottage is unique with two driveways on either side, as well as two carports that can accommodate several cars. A front porch provides an added outdoor space to sit and relax in the coastal air.
• BEACH: 0.6 miles away. • CLUB AMENITIES: Access to Seabrook Island Club is optional. • POOL: Access to the Seabrook Lakehouse outdoor pool is included. Optional access to the Beach Club pools is available via amenity cards. • OCCUPANCY: Maximum occupancy of 8 guests. • PARKING: This property allows for a maximum of 3 vehicle gate passes. Double carports and dual driveways provide ample space. • LSV GOLF CARTS: LSV vehicles, gas-powered and electric, are permitted at this property. LSVs require a gate pass and count towards the maximum limit of 3 passes. • CHILDREN: Welcome. The upstairs loft with bunk beds and trundles is a favorite space for kids. • PET POLICY: Dogs welcome at this property. A pet fee applies. • PROFESSIONALLY LICENSED & MANAGED: Short-Term Rental License STR2025000544. • ADDITIONAL INFO: Equipped with a smart lock for easy self-check-in, free Wi-Fi, and a first aid kit. A $69 Non-Refundable Fee applies for $1500 of Damage Protection Coverage.
• LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club).
• WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.
• COFFEE MAKER: A Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker is on site. Feel free to bring your own ground coffee for the carafe or use the provided Keurig K-cups. An assortment of creamers and sugars/sweeteners is available.
• AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis, and award-winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. The cards are available for purchase at $55 per day per family. Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone.
• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. The island assesses a car pass fee of $45 per guest vehicle, which is assessed to the renter. This property is limited to passes for a maximum of 3 vehicles per stay, and LSV golf carts count towards this total.
• CHECK IN: We offer as much assistance with the check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self-check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone, and our office and team of staff are located on the island most of the time.
• CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper. We are located on the island, are licensed, insured, and family operated. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. We offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. From the moment you book with us, in planning and preparing for your arrival, throughout your stay with us, and even after checking out and sharing your experience with us, we remain committed to your vacation experience and are here at any time to answer any questions that arise or concerns you have. We want you to have a relaxing, safe, and memorable trip.
• CLEANING: We do not clean to make our properties appear clean. We really clean well. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. We have a reputation for thoroughness and attention to detail. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs.
• THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. Centrally located on Seabrook Island, this cottage is just a short distance from the beach, golf courses, and various recreational activities like biking, fishing, and kayaking. Explore nearby attractions such as the Angel Oak Tree, Charleston Tea Gardens, and Deep Water Vineyards, or explore many of the beautiful nature trails. Kiawah is just a few minutes away. Freshfields Village offers a variety of dining options and shops, while Bohicket Marina offers additional shops, bars, restaurants, and boat rentals. The historic city of Charleston is just a short, scenic drive 21 miles away.
• IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments, and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
• CANCELLATION POLICY: For cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited.
• LONG-TERM RENTALS: This property is open to winter monthly rentals and long-term rentals. Please contact us for discounted monthly rental rates.
• POLICY ON SMOKING: Please no smoking inside the property. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages. Smoking is only permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 15 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.
• PARTIES: This is an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!

We take guest experience VERY SERIOUSLY. We never received a comment, a call back, or a report of an issue from this guest. The ONLY communication we had was their request for a late complimentary checkout which we obliged. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness and working order of everything in the cottage. If there was any slight issue or concern we are accessible 24 hours a day to address it. Please feel free to connect to discuss. This is a new property to our rental program and the owners have taken great care in its details (from the decor to many new updates).
