We had a great time at this property with our adult children, 6 total guests. We cook a lot, and the kitchen was really well stocked and very nice to work in. The bedrooms and baths were all very nice, and very clean. The yard, while small, was private, and there were nice outdoor seating areas. The 4 beach passes were very helpful! Walking to the beach was a little tricky, but we ended up being able to park on the street near the beach.
