The place was great. Comfortable bed, great location, clean. We had nice weather in an October but wished we had air conditioning because the upstairs was hot. Even with the fans on. But it was fine and we would come back and stay in the future.

This property was very clean, and had a lot of nice little touches - like local info and plenty of cooking accessories. There was also extra towels/linens, paper towels, and soft toilet paper! It’s the little details. Also, it’s a great location - just a short walk to the ocean and restaurants.

Perfect weekend getaway

Loved the close proximity to Avila beach and restaurants. It was very convenient to stay, play at the beach. Check-in/out process was very easy to follow and did not have any difficulties!

Beach fun

Great place within 5 minutes walking distance to the restaurants, shops and the beach. Quiet neighborhood to just chill and hangout. The rental has everything you need.
