The Space:
Welcome to this, end-unit, oceanfront condo! The unit located in Palms Resort - which is in downtown Myrtle Beach - many restaurants, shopping areas, and attractions are nearby.
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in.
Parking: 1 parking pass. Easy access parking lot across the street from the building. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.
Entry: Complex elevator is available.
Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.
Family room: Oceanfront views - balcony and window. Sleeper sofa.
Bedroom: Large space with two queen beds.
Bathroom: Located off the kitchen
Balcony: Beautiful unobstructed oceanfront view. Incredible view for sunrises!
Pool: Shared complex pool and hot tub. Subject to HOA schedule.
Beach: Walk a few minutes through the resort to access the beach! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
Amenities: HOA owned and operated. Operation hours vary based on the seasonal conditions.
Laundry: In the unit at no cost AND in the complex - pay to use.
Guest Access:
Guests will have the condo to themselves. RENTAL OF THIS UNIT DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY FORM OF FRONT-DESK SERVICE OR ACCESS TO, OR USE OF, HOUSEKEEPING.

The unit is located in Palms Resort - situated in a highly desired section of Myrtle Beach, SC.
Getting Around:
1 parking pass is provided for your stay. Ubers, Taxis, Lyfts, etc. are also readily available in our area.
Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.
Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.
Routine pest control happens every month on the 2nd Tuesday at this condo via the HOA. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not provided, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.

By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
