Our charming two-bedroom apartment is perfectly situated in the heart of La Placita, Puerto Rico, offering easy access to vibrant bars, local restaurants, and shops.
It's the ideal spot to enjoy both the lively atmosphere and the serene coastline of Puerto Rico.
The Space:
Our apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room featuring a Smart TV, ensuring a relaxing stay with all modern conveniences.
You'll find two comfortable Queen-size beds perfect for unwinding.
Additionally, the apartment is conveniently located just 15 minutes from the airport and 8 minutes from the beach.
Guest Access:
When you arrive you will see a three story level black property.
You can park anywhere on the left side of the street any spot that is not labeled yellow or blue.
Street parking is limited, particularly in the vicinity of La Placita. Please be aware of and adhere to all parking restrictions to avoid any fines.
For more readily available parking options, consider the following nearby lots and garages:
* La Placita Parking: Several parking lots are located near La Placita de Santurce, which is within a short walking distance of Calle Duffaut. Please anticipate a parking fee, but these lots often offer the most convenience.
* Parque Central Parking Garage: Situated a short drive from Calle Duffaut, this garage generally has more available spaces and can serve as a suitable alternative if street parking near La Placita is unavailable.
Other Things to Note:
A $200 refundable security deposit is required as a protection against any potential damage. Our team will contact you after your booking is confirmed to arrange the payment. Deposit is released within 7 days post-checkout if no damage occurs.
