Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
PLEASE PUT ALL USED TOWELS AND BEDDING IN LAUNDRY ROOM
ONLY LEAVE UNUSED NON ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN REFRIGERATOR. THROW EVERYTHING ELSE AWAY PLEASE.
EMPTY ALL TRASH CANS AND PUT IN OUTSIDE GARBAGE BIN. SAFE TRAVELS- THANKS FOR STAYING WITH US!!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please note this is not a party house. Maximum of 3 cars. Absolutely no smoking or vaping in or on the property or you will be asked to leave.
IF THERE IS ANY SMOKE SMELL THAN A $400 FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO HAVE HOUSE TREATED FOR SMELL.

Last 20 years, we have live in this neighborhood and love it so much we have a few other homes around us that we open up for Airbnb. This particular area is one of the most sought after in the county due to its large estate homes and proximity to the beach.
