Bear Holler Cabin is located right inside The Village of Cloudcroft! Get ready to soak in beautiful views with wildlife just outside the windows. Entry to the main floor provides easy access if you have little ones or elderly family members. Our home is a perfect getaway for a group of friends or a family reunion!

Fee Details:
$65 pet fee, we love dogs and they are welcome for a fee. If we see that you have brought your dogs and you did not include with your reservation that they are coming, **we will charge an additional $100 on top of the pet fee**. Please just be honest about this.

A 5% Village of Cloudcroft tax will be collected as part of the total amount collected. This fee is only on the nightly fee.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Leave the beds unmade. Place used blankets on the bed. - Start a load of towels (max 8)+ wash cloths. Bleach and pods provided in laundry room, put any remaining dirty towels in bath tubs/ showers
- Take out all trash to the nearest dumpster. - If you used the pellet stove, make sure it is turned off. - Clear the fridge and shelves of any perishable foods.
Check all rooms, drawers, and closets for belongings. -$100 fee if checkout instructions are not followed. Please follow all check out instructions to ensure a timely turn around for the next guests.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The cabin was spacious, attractively furnished and adequately equipped in the baths and kitchen. The back patio was great and had a beautiful meadow which the kids enjoyed playing in. Having a close up view of the deer and wild horses was an exciting adventure for all. Another amenity of the cabin was its convenient location for mountain activities.

Immaculate property with outstanding forest surrounding. The home is beautiful and extraordinarily clean. The kitchen is the best equipped of any we have encountered. (23). The layout is perfect for a family, with flat screen TV in every room. All of the amenities of Cloudcroft are within walking distance. Elk and deer are a constant, very close, companions. The complementary coffee station is terrific as well as assorted snacks. If you plan on visiting Cloudcroft, this property should be number 1 on your list.Enjoy!

Beautiful Cabin in the Sky

We were so pleased with this property! My family came to Cloudcroft to enjoy White Sands for a pregnancy photo shoot for our first grandchild. We have the most amazing photos! The home was comfortable, with nice furnishings; the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. The hosts don't cheap out on extras. Our dogs loved the snow and the White Sands adventure. There are deer in the area. The hosts are THE BEST! We couldn't have had a more wonderful experience. We will come here again!
